| 摘 要： | 采用PCR-RFLP-ApaⅠ方法检测金华猪Ⅰ系(154头)、Ⅱ系(41头)和Ⅲ系(53头)GH基因-119～+486bp片段的多态性,发现2个等位基因:A(449bp)和B(316+133bp)。其中A基因频率在Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ系中分别为0.60、0.14和0.44;B分别为0.40、0.86和0.56。用线性模型分析各基因型对金华猪部分经济性状的影响。结果表明:GH基因ApaⅠ酶切位点多态性对金华猪经产胎次的总产仔数、产活仔数和初生窝重影响极显著(P<0.01)。

| Abstract: | The polymorphism in the region-119～+486 bp of growth hormone gene in line I(154),line Ⅱ(41) and lineⅢ(53) of Jinhua piⅠgs were detected using PCR-RFLP-ApaⅠ method.Two alleles A(449 bp) and B(316+133 bp) were found and their frequencies inⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ lines were 0.60,0.14 and 0.44 for A,respectively;0.40,0.86 and 0.56 for B,respectively.The effects of different genotypes on the economic traits were analyzed using linear model.The results showed that the effects of ApaⅠ polymorphism of GH gene on total number born(TNB),number born alive(NBA) and little weight at birth(BLW) of later parity were very significant(P < 0.01). |
