冬小麦新品系‘93保4-4’对条锈菌及白粉菌苗期抗性的遗传分析

摘    要:2006-2009年,以小麦新品系‘93保4-4’作父本,‘铭贤169’作母本进行杂交,以F1代自交系获得的F2代材料,在苗期分别接种条锈菌主要流行小种‘条中29号’‘条中32号’‘条中33号’‘水11-4’‘水11-7’及白粉病菌‘E05’‘E09’进行抗性遗传分析.结果表明:接种‘条中29号’,F2代植株抗感分离比为170∶16,卡方测验值χ2c为1.43小于χ20.05,1(3.84),符合理论比值15∶1;接种‘条中32号’‘条中33号’‘水11-4’‘水11-7’,F2代植株抗感分离比分别为126∶23、139∶31、273∶51和118∶32,均符合理论比值13∶3,卡方测验值χ2c分别为1.22、0.06、2.05、0.56,均小于χ20.05,1(3.84).接种‘E05’和‘E09’,F2代植株抗感分离比分别为31∶117和32∶147,均符合理论值1∶3,卡方验测值χ2c分别为0.12和0.73,均小于χ20.05(3.84).据此推知新品系‘93保4-4’对条锈菌‘条中29号’的抗性由2对独立遗传的显性抗性基因控制,对‘条中32号’、‘条中33号’、‘水11-4’、‘水11-7’的抗性均由2对相互作用的显性抗性基因控制;对白粉菌‘E05’和‘E09’的抗性均由1对隐性抗性基因控制.

Abstract:New wheat line '93 bao 4-4' from southern Gansu,China,was used as male parent and hybridized with the susceptible cultivar 'Mingxian 169' from 2006-2009.To study the inheritance of the resistance in seedling plants,the F_2 populations of the crosses were inoculated with five stripe rust races 'CYR29'CYR31'CYR32'CYR33'Shui11-4'Shui11-7' and two powdery mildew isolates 'E05' and 'E09',respectively.The results showed that the segregation ratio for the cross of '93 bao 4-4' and 'Mingxian 169' were 170∶16 in F_2 plants when tested with 'CYR29',which accorded with the expected value for 15R∶1S in Chi-square(χ2_c) testing for probability of goodness fit.When tested with 'CYR32','CYR33','Shui11-4' and 'Shui11-7',the segregation ratio for the cross of '93 bao 4-4' and 'Mingxian 169'were 126∶23,139∶31,273∶51 and 118∶32,which accorde with the expected value for 13R∶3S in Chi-square(χ2_c) testing for probability of goodness fit.The segregation ratio for the cross of '93 bao 4-4' and 'Mingxian 169' were 31∶117 in F_2 plants when tested with 'E05',which accorded with the expected value for 1R∶3S in Chi-square(χ2_c) testing for probability of goodness fit.The test with 'E09' got similar result.The F_2 plants segregated as 32R∶147S.The Chi-square(χ2_c) testing with probability(P) for goodness fits the expected value 1∶3.The results indicate that the resistance of wheat line '93 bao4-4' was controlled by two dominant genes to CYR29.The resistance to stripe rust race 'CYR32','CYR33','Shui11-4' and 'Shui11-7' were controlled by two dominant genes which expressed by inhibiting effect.The resistance to powdery mildew was both conferred by one recessive gene.
