螺旋藻多糖含量影响因素的研究进展

摘    要:螺旋藻多糖具有抗辐射、抗衰老、提高人体免疫力等多种生理活性,如何提高螺旋藻多糖含量具有重要意义。综述了影响螺旋藻多糖含量的因素,包括光照、pH值、盐类、磁场和培养时间。

Abstract:Polysaccharides of spirulina has many important physiological activities,such as anti-radiation,anti-aging and enhancing immunity.The factors influencing the content of polysaccharide of spirulina are reviewed including light,pH value,salts,magnetic field and culture time.
