| 摘 要： | 栽桑养蚕产生大量废弃桑枝及蚕沙,桑枝木纤维化程度适中,富含纤维素、粗蛋白等多种营养物质,是栽培高档食用菌的优良基质材料,蚕沙可代替麸糠作为生产食用菌的辅料,利用二者栽培珍稀食用菌——大球盖菇,能显著提高栽桑经济效益,其最佳培养料配方:桑枝木屑85%、蚕沙2.5%、谷壳10%、石膏1%、石灰1.5%。桑净增产值3万元/hm~2以上,经济效益十分显著。 |

| Abstract: | Large quantity of deserted branches and silkworm s faeces has been produced in the process of cultivating the mulberry trees and the silkworms.The adequate fabric structure of the plant,with rich protein and other nutrients,is the excellent fundamental material for cultivating the high-class food fungi.At the same time,the worm s faeces can be used as the supplementary nutriment to take the place of wheat bran.The economic value of cultivating the strophaira can be greatly improved by combining the two mate... |
