我国农民合作经济组织的研究进展

对2005年以来有关农民合作经济组织的文献进行了系统分析,从合作经济组织的内涵、功能、内部机制和发展对策等方面阐述了我国农民合作经济组织的研究现状。指出我国合作经济组织还处于初级发展阶段,粗放的数量型扩张并没有使合作经济组织绩效得到相应的提高。有必要对合作经济组织的称谓和内涵进行规范;对于促进合作经济组织健康发展的政策支持体系的建设和宽松的农民创业环境的建立,还有待于实践的探索和理论的深化。

Research Progress of Peasants Cooperative Economic Organization in China

The literatures about the peasants cooperative economic organization since 2005 were analyzed. The research status of peasants cooperative economic organization from the aspects of connotation, function, internal mechanism and development countermeasures was introduced. The peasants cooperative economic organization was still in the initial stage of development. The extensive quantity-type expansion didn＇t increase the performance of peasants cooperative economic organization. It was necessary to standardize the appellation and connotation. It needs the exploration in practices and deepening of theory that constructing the policy support system and loose entrepreneurial environment for peasants.
