摘    要:通过各种方法在珍稀濒危植物长苞铁杉种群分布格局研究中的比较分析,得出如下结论:方差/均值比率法运用统计方法确定T值的显性,数学推导严密,运算简单,是较为优越的方法。Morisita指标法也建立在严格的数学检验基础上,但计算较复杂,是一种可选择的方法。聚集指数的分析有时会出现一些偏差,且没有进行统计检验,在指数值接受临界值时难以判断,应慎重使用。

Abstract:The following conclusions were obtained from comparison of various methods used in analysing the spatial distribution pattern of the endangered and rare plant Tsuga longibracteate population. T-value is used to be employed to test statistically for the significance of the difference (i.e. Variance/Mean Method). Its mathematical inference is rigorous and calculation process is simple. Morisita method is also based on mathematical inference, its calculation process is relatively complex, so it is a selective method. In contrast, the results of aggregate indices might produce deviation sometimes and their results lack for efficient test on statistics. When indices are close to critical value, their results were difficult to determine. Therefore, the Variance/Meen Method is better than the other two methods, Marisita Method and the method with aggregate index.
