正交试验法优选女贞子中特女贞苷的提取工艺

摘    要:采用正交试验法优选女贞子中特女贞苷的最佳提取工艺条件,以加水量、提取时间与提取次数为考察因素,特女贞苷含量为评价指标对提取工艺进行考察。结果显示,特女贞苷的最佳提取工艺为加10倍药材质量的水,提取3次,每次2 h。该工艺为提高特女贞苷的提取率提供了实验基础,并为进一步的工业化生产提供科学的理论依据。

Abstract:The extraction technology of specnuezhenide in Ligustrum lucidum was optimized by orthogonal experimental design. Solvent content, extraction time and extraction times were choosed as influence factors. The extraction ratio of specnuezhenide was choosed as evaluation indexes. The optimized extraction conditions were as follows : extracted in 10 times water ( solid - liquid rate at 1 : 10) for 3 times and heated for 2 hours per time. The optimum extraction technology by the orthogonal experimental design provided experimental basis for improving the content of specnuezhenide and its industrial production.
