摘    要:将激光淬火处理后的QT800—2强化区域再进行激光冲击强化处理,并对其表面硬度和耐磨性进行了对比性实验和理论分析。实验结果表明:激光淬火冲击复合强化处理后QT800—2的硬度比纯激光淬火处理的硬度增加了18%;其耐磨性分别比软氮化和纯激光淬火处理区域的耐磨性大约提高了3倍和1倍。

Abstract:In this paper, hardened zones of ductile iron QT8002 were processed through laser shock processing after laser quenching. After this compound processing, its hardness and wearability were tested and analyzed theoretically in comparison with other treatment methods on ductile iron QT8002. The results indicate that the hardness of zones treated through laser quenching and shock processing increases about 18% compared with that treated only through laser quenching. The wearability of zone treated by this compound method was compared with those through other treatments on ductile iron QT8002. The experiments indicated that the wearability enhanced about 3 and 1 times respectively compared with those through only nitriding and only laser quenched.
