摘    要:本研究用蛋白水解酶复性电泳技术,分析了离子束介导大豆DNA的两个高蛋白小麦变异株系和两个低蛋白小麦变异株系旗叶和倒二叶在灌浆后期蛋白水解酶、POD的种类.结果表明,变异株系和对照间以及变异株系间蛋白水解酶、POD的种类和活性存在显著差异;变异株系中检到了一些新的蛋白水解酶带,在pH 5.0条件下变异株系C倒二叶检出22...

Analysis of Proteinases and Prioxidases in Different Wheat Mutant Lines with Soybean DNA by Ion Beam during Later Grain Filling

Abstract:By renaturation electrophoresis, we analyzed the bands of neutral proteinases and POD isoenzyme in flag leaf and the second leaf above leaf in two high protein and two low protein mutant wheat lines by transferring the total DNA of bean by ion beam. Results showed that there were apparently differences of kinds and activities between wide type and mutant lines. The new proteinase bands had been measured including a 220 kD band in lines C second leaf above at pH 5.0, a 220 kD band in line B and a 260 kD band in line B at pH 7.0. A new band at 220 kD was found in all A, B and C lines, meanwhile a 260 kD and 280 kD new bands was only found in line B. As to POD both new and deletion bands were checked in mutant lines. Three bands at 37 kD, 39 kD and 212 kD were new appearance in line B and two bands at 42 kD and 47 kD were disappeared in line B. Our results are of significance to further research the difference in DNA level in mutant lines.
