套袋对山葡萄花色苷及相关品质的影响

摘    要:为了研究套袋对山葡萄果实可溶性固形物、可滴定酸、还原糖和总花色苷含量的影响,为生产优质山葡萄提供理论指导。以‘双红’山葡萄为试验材料,应用HPLC技术,研究套袋对山葡萄花色苷及相关品质的影响。结果表明,套袋可使果实的滴定酸含量显著增加,可溶性固形物和含糖量降低,总花色苷含量无显著差异,花青素-3-葡萄糖苷含量显著低于对照组。在采收期提前解袋可使还原糖增加,总花色苷含量无显著差异,花青素-3-葡萄糖苷含量增加显著。

Abstract:The anthocyanin by aim was bagging to observe effect of the content of soluble solid, titratable acid, reduce sugar and total treatment of Vids amuremsis Rupr., and provide theoretical guidance for production of high quality Vitis amuremsis Rupr.. Taking 'Shuanghong' Vitis amurensis Rupr. as test materials, applying HPLC technology, effect of anthocyanins and related quality was studied by bagging treatment of Vids amuremsis Rupr. The results showed that compared with control group, the content of titratable acid dealt with by bagging treatment of Vitis amuremsis Rupr. was all significantly increase, the content of soluble solid and sugar were lower, the content of total anthocyanins was almost unchanged, the content of cyanidin-3-glucoside was significantly lower. The content of reducing sugar was increased and the content of total anthocyanins was not unchanged, but cyanidin-3-glucoside was all significantly increased by removing bag before the harvest
