| 摘 要： | 裂褶菌是一种药食兼用的珍贵食用菌资源，具有广泛的应用前景。为了提高裂褶菌液体培养效率，通过摇瓶培养对裂褶菌（Schizophyllum commune）液体培养的培养基和培养参数进行了筛选和优化。结果表明：适合裂褶菌菌丝生长的培养基配方为可溶性淀粉6%，葡萄糖5.5%，玉米粉4%，小麦粉3%，黄豆粉1%，酵母膏0.6%，蛋白胨0.6%，KH2PO4 0.1%，MgSO4 0.05%，VB1 0.001%；优化培养参数为温度24℃、接种量10%、一级菌种种龄为120 h，培养周期为120 h。优化后菌丝生物量由起初的2.04 g/100 mL提高到7.04 g/100 mL。

| Abstract: | Schlzopbyllum commune was a kind of food and medicine of the most precious edible fungus resources. Liquid medium and culture condition of Schizophyllum commune were improved. The best liquid medium formulations included 6% soluble starch, 5.5% glucose, 4% corn meal, 3% wheat meal, 1% bean flour, 0.6% yeast extract, 0.6% peptone, 0.1% KH2PO4, 0.05% MgSO4 and 0.001% VBI. The optimal growth temperature was 24℃. The optimal age of liquid strain was 120 h. The optimal cultural time was 120 h. The yield increased from 2.04 g/100 mL to 7.04 g/100 mL after improving culture condition. |
