摘    要:随着基因组学的发展和高通量测序技术的应用,EST在很多植物中开展起来,为开发EST分子标记奠定了基础。近年来EST-SSR在木本植物研究报道较多,主要介绍了EST-SSR开发的一般步骤,综述了木本植物中EST-SSR的分布特点及其原因,并对今后的发展进行展望。

Abstract:With the development of genomic and the applications of the high-throughput DNA sequencing techniques, many researches were reported about expressed sequence tag (EST) in plant fields, which lay the foundation for the development of EST markers. In recent years there were many studie about EST-SSR in forest tree. In precent review the development and characterization of EST-SSR markers for forest tree were discussed, including a general design step, characterization of EST-SSR markers. Some future in the development of EST markers is also mentioned.
