| 摘 要： | 猪圆环病毒(PCV)为圆环病毒科成员之一,可引起多种临床疾病,包括断奶仔猪多系统衰竭综合征(PMWS),猪皮炎肾病综合征等。随着规模化养殖业的不断发展,由PCV-2引起的疫病呈上升趋势,给全世界养猪业带来了巨大的经济损失。为了探讨有效控制本病的方法,特对该病的病原学、分子生物学、病毒复制的研究情况进行综述。

| Abstract: | Porcine circovirus(PCV)has recently prevailed in the world and induced several clinical disease,such as postweaning multisystemic wasting syndrome(PMWS)and porcine dermatitis and nephropathy syndrome(PDNS).It caused enormous economic loss of the world pig industry.For studing the valid control method.The paper summarized the recent research circumstances of its etiology,molecular biology and virus replication. |
