畜禽粪便固液分离机技术参数的优化设计与分析

摘    要:主要研究一种适用于猪场的新型粪便固液分离设备,通过对粪便进行固液分离,以便于缩短发酵时间,从而有效降低其中有害物质的排放。采用双螺旋变径螺旋挤压方式,配置不锈钢筛网,解决了因离心方式分离造成的固体分离率低的问题,有力地解决了粪便对环境造成的污染,对于畜牧业的发展起到了推动作用。利用Design Expert软件分析,获得物料含水率、配重位置、主轴转速之间交互作用及对生产率和出料含水率的影响。

Abstract:A new kind of manure solid-liquid separation device used in pig farms is mainly studied. This separation helps to reduce fermentation time and in this way reduce the discharge of harmful substitutes. Double helix spiral extrusion mode and stainless steel mesh screen solve the problem of low solid-liquid separation rate caused by centrifugal separation method. It has effectively solved the environmental pollution caused by the waste, and played a role in promoting the development of animal husbandry. By analysis with the software of Design Expert, the interaction among substitute moisture content, ballast position and spindle rotating speed as well as its influence on productivity and material moisture content are achieved.
