矮壮素对小白菜高温半致死温度及耐热性的影响

摘    要:为研究不同浓度矮壮素对小白菜高温半致死温度及耐热性的效果,用100~600 mg·L^-1矮壮素并以清水作对照,喷施小白菜叶片。以叶片为试验材料,用35~70℃的高温处理,根据相对电导率配合Logistic方程,求得半致死温度(LT50),同时测定田间高温热害指数。结果表明,6个矮壮素及清水(CK)处理的半致死温度(LT50)分别为43.52、44.49、45.53、44.33、42.88、42.31、43.36℃,高温热害指数为48.53%、42.35%、40.21%、40.84%、53.89%、61.26%、55.68%,适当浓度的矮壮素可提高小白菜耐热性。综上所述,300 mg·L^-1矮壮素对提高小白菜半致死温度及耐热性效果最好,操作简单、便捷、成本低。

Abstract:In order to study the effects of different concentrations of chlormequat chloride on the high temperature semi-lethal temperature and heat resistance of Chinese cabbage,100~600 mg·L^-1 Chlormequat chloride was sprayed on the leaves of Chinese cabbage with clear water.The semi-lethal temperature(LT50)was obtained according to the relative conductance and Logistic equation.Meanwhile,the thermal damage index of high temperature in the field was determined.The results showed that the semi-lethal temperature(LT50)was 43.52,44.49,45.53,44.33,42.88,42.31,43.36℃,and the heat damage index was 48.53%,42.35%,40.21%,40.84%,53.89%,61.26%,55.68%.All things considered,when the concentration of chlormequat chloride was 300 mg·L^-1,the effect of increasing the semi-lethal temperature and heat resistance of Chinese cabbage was the best,the operation was simple,convenient and the cost was low.
