Abstract:The field experiment was conducted to explore the effect of bioorganic fertilizer and amino acid fertilizer on the growth of Oenanthe javanica.Three treatments were set up:(1)CK:pig manure for base fertilizer+topdressing;(2)T1:bioorganic fertilizer for base fertilizer+topdressing;(3)T2:bioorganic fertilizer and amino acid fertilizer for base fertilizer+topdressing.The results showed that:(1)the yield of T2 was the highest,which is significantly increased by 51.87%compared with CK;(2)T1 and T2 could promote the plant height and fresh weight per plant,and the numbers of tillers under which were significantly increased;(3)the contents of nitrite in the plants treated by T1 and T2 were significantly lower than that in CK;(4)the contents of insoluble dietary fiber in each treatment were in the order of CK>T1>T2;(5)cluster analysis showed that the effects of different treatments on Oenanthe javanica could be divided into two categories,CK and T1 belonged to the same class.Therefore,compared with the traditional pig manure,the application of bioorganic fertilizer and amino acid fertilizer could significantly improve the yield of Oenanthe javanica,increase the effective tillers,and reduce the contents of nitrite and insoluble fiber.
