转BADH基因稻田节肢动物群落结构研究

以转BADH基因抗逆稻不同株系为试材,亲本中花8号为对照,研究了转BADH基因稻田节肢动物群落结构变化。结果表明:转基因不同株系稻田与对照田相比,节肢动物群落组成基本相似,但物种发生量不同。不同处理稻田中优势种类变化不大。转基因株系与对照稻田节肢动物群落在结构组成上的差异主要是由害虫亚群落引起的,而各转基因株系不论在害虫亚群落还是在天敌亚群落上差异均相对较小。稻田节肢动物群落的多样性、均匀度与优势集中性指数等群落特征指标综合分析表明,不同稻田节肢动物群落各项稳定性指数虽然稍有差异,但都表现为相对稳定。

Study on arthropod community structures of transgenic BADH rice

By using transgenic BADH rice 51-22,51-15,52-7 as treatments and Zhonghua 8 as control,the arthropod community structures of transgenic BADH rice fileds were studied.The results showed that arthropod community composition was basically similar in every strain,but compared with control,the population quantity of some pests and natural enemies increased or decreased in different transgenic rice fields.Dominant species did not change much.The variety of arthropod community structures of transgenic BADH rice fields resulted from the pest community,and the difference of pest community structures and nature enemy community structures in different transgenic BADH rice strains were not apparent.Diversity index,evenness and dominance of the arthropod community structures were analyzed.And the results showed that though arthropod community structures stability coefficient were slightly different in different rice fields,they remained steady comparatively.
