火焰原子吸收法测定松花粉中铜质量分数的不确定度评定

摘    要:通过火焰原子吸收法对松花粉中铜质量分数重复测定6次,并做标准添加,计算实验标准差、回收率等,从而阐明了铜质量分数测量不确定度的评定步骤和评定方法,归纳提出了影响松花粉中铜质量分数测量不确定度的主要因素和不确定度分量的主要来源为样品制备过程消化样品所带来的不确定度,并且给出了相对标准不确定度分量,得出了松花粉中铜质量分数测量不确定度的评定结果。本实验不确定度的评定可以体现出消化过程是分析测试松花粉中铜质量分数需要特别关注的步骤。

Abstract:The copper mass fraction in pine pollen was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry by means of a determination experiment iterated six times.The experimentation standard deviation and recovery were calculated by adding copper standard solution into the sample.The assessing method and steps of measurement uncertainty in copper content were clarified,and the key factors influencing the measurement uncertainty in copper content and the important source of indefinite component were summarized.The component of relative standard uncertainty was given and the assessment result of uncertainty of copper content in pine pollen was obtained.The uncertainty evaluation on copper mass fraction in pine pollen indicates that the digestion process for sample treatment needs to pay attention.
