锥篮式离心机沿轴线方向分离性能变化规律的试验研究

摘    要:提出了表征锥篮式离心机沿轴向方向分离性能的指标。其物理概念明确,测试方法简便。试验表明,沿锥篮轴线方向,分离性能是不等的。50% 以上的水分由仅占锥面面积 1/5的中部脱出。固形物损失量自锥面下部往上逐渐降低。指出提高试验所用锥篮分离性能的主要措施是:(a)在锥篮下部,抑制料液的切向滞后滑动,并迅速形成滤饼层;(b)在锥篮上部,降低料液沿母线滑动速度,延长通过上部的时间。

Abstract:In this paper, the target, showing the separation property of the cone basket centrifugal machine, along the axis, is indicated. The experiment vertifies that there are different separation properties along the axis. Over 50% moisture content is separated from the middle cone surface which area is only 1/5 of the sum. The solid loss is gradually decreased from the bottom to top of the surface. The measure, used to increase the separation properties of the cone basket used in experiment, is indicated: ( a )0n the lower area of the surface, check the tangential sluggish and, the filter layer can bo formed faster. ( b )On the higher area, decrease the generatrix slippage and, the passing time can be longer.
