菠萝洁粉蚧防治药剂筛选及安全间隔期分析

摘    要:为了适应菠萝无公害食品生产的要求,达到安全合理地施用化学农药的目的,对几种常用的杀虫杀螨剂对菠萝洁粉蚧的防治效果及其在菠萝上的安全间隔期进行研究。结果表明,吡虫.噻嗪酮、吡虫啉、杀扑磷(速扑杀)等对菠萝洁粉蚧具有良好的防治效果,种苗浸泡对于菠萝洁粉蚧的防治效果尤为明显,吡虫.噻嗪酮、吡虫啉、杀扑磷等药剂浸泡处理的菠萝植株种植4个月后未发现菠萝洁粉蚧为害,对菠萝洁粉蚧的防治效果达100%;氧化乐果、噻嗪酮、炔螨特、吡虫啉等药剂在菠萝上的降解速度慢,安全间隔期长,杀扑磷、毒死蜱、哒螨灵等药剂在菠萝上降解速度快,安全间隔期短。菠萝种前进行种苗浸泡处理,收获时果实未检出农药残留。

Abstract:It's difficult to control pineapple mealybug, Dysmicoccus brevipes, for its stupendous ability to develop and enshroud itself. Chemical control is a very important measure for controlling of pineapple mealybug in China. Here we obtained several efficient pesticides for controlling Dysmicoccus brevipes by field testament. There wan no Dysmicoccus brevipes on pineapple plant treaded by pineapple suckers soaking in 4 months. Theresidues of some pesticides in pineapple which was sprayed insecticides in different intervals were assayed by using GC-FPD, GC-MS and HPLC. It showed that more residues for omethoate and imidacloprid could be observed than any other pesticides, and no residue was found for methidathion. And more residues could be found when the interval was shorter. There was no residue for pineapple suckers soaked by pesticides before planting.
