| 摘 要： | 通过对河北省欠发达地区农业机械化发展现状的分析，认为造成这种局面的主要因素是地域特殊、农民收入低、油价偏高以及服务体系不完善。而解决这些问题要靠提高农民素质、调整产业结构、发展现代农业和更新农机观念来实现。

| Abstract: | In this paper ,the writer analyzed the development present situation of agricultural mechanization in no developed region, and pointed the main reasons that caused the problem, it include special region, low income, high price of diesel oil and no perfect serving system. If we want to solve the problem, peasant quality would be improved, industry structure would be adjusted, modern agriculture would be developed and idea of agricultural mechanization would be displaced. |
