谷子精密播种机性能检测方式研究现状与趋势

摘    要:小米具有丰富的使用价值和药用价值,但是由于种植谷子苗期间的苗和除草劳动强度大、用工成本高,因而在很大程度上限制了小米消费市场的发展.播种作业是谷子生产中最基本最重要的一环,也是决定中后期劳动强度、用工成本的重要因素.在播种机的设计和实验过程中对排种器进行充分的试验和检测,是保证播种机质量的重要步骤.为此,分析了目前谷子精密播种机性能检测方式的现状,提出了经济适用的谷子精密播种机的发展趋势.

Abstract:The millet has the rich use value and the for medicinal purposes value, but because the planter millet seedling stage thinning, the weeding labor intensity big, employs labor the cost to be high, has limited the millet expense market development from the very great degree. The sowing seeds work is in the millet production a most basic most important link, also is decided the mid and late part labor intensity, employs labor the cost the important attribute. Carries on the full experiment and the examination in the seeder design and the experimental process to a row of kind is guarantees seeder quality the important step. This article has analyzed the present millet precision seeder performance examination way present situation, proposed the economical suitable millet precision seeder development tendency.
