基于神经网络和灰色系统的兰州市区住宅用地需求预测

摘    要:结合神经网络模型和灰色预测模型,以兰州市为研究对象,通过1998-2007年的数据预测了2010-2015年的兰州市住宅用地的需求量,结果表明:2015年兰州市区的住宅用地下限为2887.048万m2,上限为3432.962万m2,比2010年的住宅用地将上涨11%.

Abstract:In order to improve the accuracy of urban residential land demand forcast,the method of combining neural network and gray system modela was emplyed.Taking Lanzhou City as the study object,urban residential land demand of the year 2010~2015 was forecasted based on the data of Lanzhou City in the year 1998~2007.The results shows that in 2015,the lower limit demand of urban residential land in Lanzhou City will be 28.87×106m2,the upper limit will be 34.33×106 m2,which increase by 11%compared with that of the year 2010.
