| Abstract: | The primary task in new rural countryside is to build the mordern agriculture, and the key that build mordern agriculture is the extension and management of agricultural science and technology in basic leve. The realization of conversion from traditional agrcultural to mordern agriculture must begin with the management status, probe the developmental pattern in future. |
