干旱胁迫及氮水平对烤烟生理特征的影响

摘    要:为了探讨干旱胁迫对烤烟生理特征的影响,以3个烤烟品种云87、6002(品系)、NC89为材料,设置高、中、低氮3个水平进行盆栽试验。结果表明,随着干旱胁迫的逐渐加剧,烟叶的净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、叶绿素含量逐渐降低,恢复供水后有所回升;而脯氨酸、丙二醛含量则逐渐升高,恢复供水后又迅速下降,说明烤烟光合作用及抗逆指标对干旱胁迫非常敏感。品种间的比较结果表明,抗旱品种云87较6002(品系)、NC89受害轻。各施氮水平间比较,较高的氮素营养有利于烤烟通过生理过程的调节来抵御干旱的侵袭,减小干旱损失。

Abstract:Pot experiment was carried out to study the influence of drought stress on the physiological characters of 3 flue-cured tobacco varieties i.e.Yun87,6002 and NC89 with 3 nitrogen levels including low nitrogen,medium nitrogen and high nitrogen.The results showed that net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,transpiration rate and chlorophyll content decreased step by step under drought stress,then increased after drought stress was relieved,while proline and malondiadehyde contents showed upside,indicating flue-cured tobacco was very sensitive to drought stress.Yun87 was more tolerant than the others and flue-cured tobacco benefited from more nitrogen against drought.
