植物次生代谢物黄酮类化合物的研究进展

摘    要:黄酮类化合物(flavonoid)是广泛存在于自然界的一大类化合物,在高等植物体中分布较多。对黄酮类化合物的结构与生理功能、提取方法、细胞培养过程中影响产量的主要因素(微量元素、光照、生长调节剂、合成前体、生物因子)、生物合成及其关键酶(苯丙氨酸解氨酶,查尔酮合成酶)基因调控等研究进展进行了综述,同时阐述了桑树黄酮类化合物的研究现状,并对该领域的研究热点进行了展望。

Abstract:Flavonoid is a great kind of compound that exist abroadly in the nature,mainly in altitude plant.The structure,function,extracting method and important influence factors,including microelement,illumination,growth regulator,synthetic former body of flavonoid and biology factor,of the plant flavonoid production during the cell cultivating were discussed,as well as the biosynthesis of flavonoid and increasing flavonoid content by transferring gene of key enzyme phenylalanine ammonia-lyase and Chalcone synthase during biosynthesis of flavonoid.The present research of mulberry flavonoid was expounded and the hotspots of the domain were prospected too.
