姜瘟病发生规律调查及防治建议

摘    要:通过对舒城、铜陵、临泉、体宁等主要栽姜区姜瘟病发生规律的调查、病原菌鉴定和防治研究,明确了引起姜瘟病的病原菌为姜青枯假单胞菌,除少数菌株属生物型Ⅲ外都为生物型Ⅳ。新栽姜区的菌原主要来自带病种姜,而老姜区土壤带菌和带病种姜都是主要侵染源。病害发生与轮作、种姜处理、气候、姜田管理、土质、施肥等关系密切。采取轮作、选留无病种姜建立留种田、种姜处理、加强田间管理等,结合大田期药物防治能有效的控制病害。

Abstract:This paper reported the investigation on the development of ginger becterial wilt in main cultivation areas of ginger in Anhui,identification of the pathogen and disease control. The results were as follows: 1. The ginger bacterial wilt was caused by Pseudomonas solanacearum,based on the identifing method of biotypes for strains of Pseudomnas solanaceraum by Hayward A. C. , most of strains belonged to biotypoe IV(4) except strains SC 78,SC 710,SC 81 and SC 93 belonging to biotype Ⅲ at main cultivation areas in Anhui. 2. The ginger tuber—borne Pseudomonas solanacearum was the main infectious source in new cultivation areas,while the soil and ginger tuber—borne Pseudomnas solanacearum in old ones. 3. The crop rotartion,ginger tubers treatment, climate,cultivation management,soil nature and fertilizer character were the effective factors of developnient of ginger bacterial wilt. 4. It was an effective measure for controlling ginger bacterial wilt to adopt crop rotation, select free —diseased tubers for planting, treat ginger tubers with chemicals or biological products and improve cultivation management with chemicals or biological products solution pouring root in growth stage.
