东风—12小型甘蔗收割机的研制和性能试验

本文叙述了《东风—12小型甘蔗收割机》第三代样机(以下简称样机)的研制情况;具体介绍了样机的结构特点、工作过程及其主要技术参数;并着重对其性能试验结果进行较详细的分析。该样机是一种新型的小型整杆铺放式甘蔗收割机。田间作业的工作过程:分蔗—扶蔗—切割—输送—机后横垄条放。主要结构特点:机型小、结构简单、具有高扶倒能力的拨指链式扶蔗器和高通过性能的轻型金属履带行走装置。性能试验证明,该机有较高的适应性(指地块大小、晴天雨天、旱地湿地、倒伏程度等),作业质量好(指铺放质量、切割高度和宿根破头率),性能稳定,工作可靠,相对生产率较高等优点,是一种性能优越的小型甘蔗收割机。

DEVELOPMENT AND PERFORMANCE TEST OF THE SMALL SIZE SUGARCANE HARVESTER,MGDEL DONGFENG—12

The development of Dongfeng-12 model machine,small size sugarcane harvester is described in this paper.As a third generation machine,the con- structional features running processes and main technical data of the model machine are here introduced.The results of performance test are also criti- cally analysed. This model machine belongs to a new type of small size all-swath wind- rowing sugarcane harvester.The running process of the model machine in the field include:dividing sugarcane,lifting,cutting,chain-conveying,and windrowing behind the machine.The constructional features of the model machine are:much smaller in overall size,and simple in construction.It is provided with fair chain-lifting fingers for lifting and efficient tracked running device constructed with light metal. Performance test proved that it is highly adaptable to small plot field, in misty atmosphere,dry or wet field,and lodged sugarcane.As to windrow- ing,cutting,and breaking of stubble canes,the machine works perfectly well,So the machine is highly qualified as an excellent small size sugarcane harvester.
