不同饲料对黑眶蟾蜍蝌蚪生长的影响

以藻类、蛋黄、杂鱼内脏、牛蛙蝌蚪饲料和鳗鱼饲料等 5种不同类型的饲料以及用鳗鱼饲料为基底 ,按 10 0 %、90 %、80 %、70 %、6 0 %、4 0 %和 2 0 %等 7种比例添加可溶性淀粉 (分析纯 )配制成不同营养结构的饲料为基本日粮饲喂黑眶蟾蜍蝌蚪 ,研究了这些饲料对黑眶蟾蜍蝌蚪生长发育的影响。结果表明 ,以牛蛙蝌蚪饲料和鳗鱼饲料等蛋白质含量较高的配合饲料为食的黑眶蟾蜍蝌蚪 ,生长速度快 ,进入变态期的时间短 ;并表明了粗蛋白质含量为 2 0 %左右的配合饲料饲喂黑眶蟾蜍蝌蚪可以取得较为理想的效果

Effects of Different Feeds on the Growth of Bufo melancstictus Tadpoles

To study the nutritional requirement of Bufo melancstictus tadpoles as well as provide guidance for artificiae cultivation, the effects of different feedstuff including algae, egg yolk, fish viscera, bull frog tadpoles feed, ell mixed feed and different nutritional structures foods made in ell mixed feed and dissclved starch on the growth and development of tadpoles of Bufo melancstictus were investigateol. The results showed that growth rate of Bufo melancstictus tadpoles fed foods including high protein is higher and it,s faster to get to stage of metamorphosis; Feeds conlaiming 20% CP are ideal for better growth of the tadpoles of Bufo melancstictus .
