气象应急雷达天线起落平台设计应用

摘    要:根据依维克车箱箱体提供的安装条件和雷达天线的结构、起落高度以及天线在车辆行进状态下的锁定和升高后能够稳定的工作要求,利用雷达天线底座安装平台、滚轮、链条、油缸和链轮支架等一套装置,设计了一种雷达天线起落平台,在开启气象应急预案时,第一时间赶赴现场,快速架起天线,使雷达进入工作状态,并能保证雷达工作稳定、安全可靠,同时拆卸方便。

Abstract:According to installation conditions,structure of weather radar antenna,lifting height and performance requirements,dedicated lifting system of weather radar antenna was able to work stably on running vehicle.The system was composed of mounted platform,tracking frame,roller,cylinder and other components.System running stability was guaranteed by synchronous control method and antenna could be installed quickly in case of weather emergency precautions.
