摘    要:本文对欧洲油菜(B.napuo)和日本油菜(B.napella)的核型进行了比较分析。结果表明,它们之间差异较大,为欧洲油菜和日本油菜区分为两个种或种以下的变种的论点提供了细胞遗传学依据。

Abstract:From the karyotype analysis among the six allies species of genus Brassica, their evolaution degree their evolution path and their relations were drscussed. In the six allied species the synthetic species were syntheted from the elementary species, and the elementary species were evoluted from an original species in which chromosome number were six (n=6), There were close relation among them, but during the evolution, under various natural and cultivated conditions, they have varieted with different digrees and directions. Meanwhile the karyotypes of B. napus and B. napella, were analysed. the results indicated that there were a greater difference between them, it supported in cytogenetics that B. napus and B. napella might be divided into two species or two varieties under the species.
