| 摘 要： | 文章采用主成分分析法,选取10个评价指标,利用SPSS软件对辛集市15个乡镇农村居民点整理的优先度进行了排序,分析发现影响辛集市农村居民点整理优先度有三个主成分,即整理后的土地预期产值、整理的经济可行性条件和整理的意愿环境,并且明确了各个乡镇在3个主成分上的优势和劣势。

| Abstract: | The principal component analysis was adopted in this paper and ten evaluation indexes were selected to have accurately sorting in the priority appraisement of rural residential land consolidation of 15 towns in Xinji city.Three principal components were discovered during the research process,i.e.,the expecting output of the land after consolidation,the capacity of economical feasibility of consolidation,the willingness milieu of consolidation.The advantages and disadvantages of each town were also analyzed ... |
