部分CIMMYT玉米种质对丝黑穗病的抗性研究

摘    要:采用田间人工接种方法研究了部分CIMMYT玉米种质及其测交组合对丝黑穗病的抗性。结果表明:Pob46自身的发病率最低,测交组合的平均发病率也最低,是一个对丝黑穗病有较好抗性的CIMMYT种质资源;Pob45自身的发病率稍高,但测交组合的平均发病率不高,是有一定利用价值的CIMMYT种质资源;Pob69和Pob70自身的发病率和测交组合的平均发病率都较高,不能作为抗丝黑穗病的种质资源来利用。

Abstract:The resistances of some CIMMYT maize populations and test cross combinations to head smut were identified by the methods of artificial inoculation in field. The results showed that Pob46 was a good resistant resource to head smut for the lowest incidence rate and also in test cross combination, and Pob45 was a relative resistance resource for the higher incidence rate but opposite in test cross combination. Pob69 and Pob70 would not be used as resistant germplasm to head smut for the higher incidence rate itself and also in test cross combination.
