| 摘 要： | 应用血凝抑制试验、醋酸纤维素薄膜电泳法和α－乙酸萘酯酶染色法以及淋巴细胞转化实验等技术，研究日粮加碘（５ｘ１０￣（－６）和５０ｘ１０￣（－６））对雏鸡免疫功能有何影响的问题。结果表明，适当提高日粮碘含量对维鸡体液免疫未见明显影响，但对细胞免疫有较为明显的增强作用。

| Abstract: | day old commercial chicks were randomly divided into 3 guoups(A,B,C),eachwith 40 chicks. Three kinds of dites which offered to the each groups were as follow:basal diets ingroup A,basal diets+5ppm iodine in group B and basal diets+50ppm iodine in group C,All chickswere vaccinated with B_2 ND vaccine according to HI antibedy titers and then samples were collectedand examined at 15 days interval after initial vaccination.The results showed that propersupplements of dietary iodine had little effect on the humoral immunity,however it had a significantimpact on the cellular immune response. |
