| 摘 要： | 对核盘菌遗传多样性研究中常用的分子标记方法,如随机扩增多态性(RAPD)、限制性酶切片段长度多态性(RFLP)、微卫星DNA(SSR)、相关序列扩增多态性(SRAP),及其发展方向进行了综述,以期为核盘菌的相关研究提供参考。
