广西北海市滨海湿地生态系统服务价值评价

摘    要:目的]全面准确地评价广西北海市滨海湿地生态服务价值,为滨海湿地开发利用和政策的制定提供科学依据。方法]利用所构建的滨海湿地生态系统服务价值评价框架体系和最新卫星遥感数据,结合国内外较为成熟的湿地评价理论与评价方法,对北海市湿地生态系统服务价值进行了全面评价。结果]2009年北海市滨海湿地生态系统生态服务总价值为32.20亿元,其中物质产品价值10.85亿元,生态服务价值21.35亿元,并对生态服务价值构成进行了分析。结论]对湿地生态系统进行货币化计量,不仅可以提高人类对滨海湿地生态系统的正确认识,还可以为湿地资源的开发利用与保护政策的制定提供科学依据。

Evaluation on Service Value of Coastal Wetland Ecosystem in Beihai City of Guangxi

Abstract:Objective]The aim was to evaluate coastal wetland ecosystem service value of Beihai city comprehensively and accurately,and to provide a scientific basis for the development,utilization and policy formulation of coastal wetlands.Method]Using the evaluation framework system constructed to evaluate coastal wetland ecosystem service value and latest satellite remote sensing data,and combined with domestic and international mature evaluation theory and evaluation methods of wetlands,the value of wetland ecosystem service was evaluated comprehensively in Beihai City.Result]The total value of coastal wetland ecosystem services of Beihai City was about 3.22 billion yuan in 2009,of which the value of material products and ecological services was about 1.085 billion yuan and 2.135 billion yuan respectively,and the value composition of ecosystem services was analyzed.Conclusion]Monetary measurement of wetland ecosystems not only can improve the human’s correct understanding to coastal wetland ecosystems,but also provide a scientific basis for the policies of the development,utilization and protection of wetland resources.
