摘    要:目的]采用机械化学方法,研究1,1,2,2-四氯乙烷的降解。方法]以六水合硫酸镍为原料,碳酸铵为沉淀剂,采用均相沉淀法合成纳米NiO。以NiO作催化剂,在机械搅拌下,分析四氯乙烷用量、催化剂用量、光照条件、搅拌强度对水中1,1,2,2-四氯乙烷降解的影响。结果]在无光照、机械搅拌条件下,以NiO作催化剂可以降解四氯乙烷,且具有较大的稳定性能,机械搅拌168 h以上仍有较好的降解效果。反应12 h时,催化剂和四氯乙烷用量对四氯乙烷的降解有较大的影响,此后影响有所减轻。NiO本身是一种半导体,具有一定的光催化性能,在光照条件下可增大其降解效率。结论]该研究为有机污染物四氯乙烷的降解提供了新方法。

Degradation of 1,1,2,2-tetrachloroethane by Mechanochemical Method

Abstract:Objective] We aimed to study the degradation of 1,1,2,2-tetrachloroethane by mechanochemical method.Method] Taking nickel sulfate hexahydrate NiSO4·6H2O as a raw material and ammonium carbonate(NH4)2CO3 as precipitant,we firstly synthesized nano-scale NiO particles by using homogeneous precipitation method.Afterwards,through degradation experiment of 1,1,2,2-tetrachloroethane under mechanical agitation by using NiO as catalyst,we analyzed the effects of influencing factors on the degradation of 1,1,2,2-tetrachloroethane in water,such as the usage of 1,1,2,2-tetrachloroethane and NiO,light and stirring intensity.Result] In the dark,1,1,2,2-tetrachloroethane could be degraded through mechanical agitation by using NiO as catalyst,and its degradation efficiency was higher when mechanical agitation was conducted for over 168 h.When the reaction was carried out for 12 h,the usage of 1,1,2,2-tetrachloroethane and NiO had a great influence on the degradation efficiency of tetrachloroethane,then the influence mitigated to a certain degree.In addition,as a semiconductor,NiO had a photocatalysis characteristic,so the degradation efficiency of tetrachloroethane was enhanced in the light.Conclusion] This research could provide a novel method for the degradation of tetrachloroethane as an organic pollutant.
