| Abstract: | Under the overall background of the construction of new socialist countryside,historical interpretation on the important role of two dimensions—culture and medical treatment was carried out,and the history about rural social integration in North China before the founding of China were reviewed,moreover,many effective measures were analyzed,finally,valuable experience for new countryside construction were summarized. |
