摘    要:目的]采用异丁基乙烯基醚-马来酸酐共聚物为乳化剂制备农药缓释微胶囊。方法]采用水溶液聚合法合成异丁基乙烯基醚-马来酸酐共聚物,并将其与吐温-80混合应用于原位聚合微胶囊的制备。结果]复合乳化剂具有较好的分散乳化效果,制备的微胶囊表面形态规整、致密,载药量为62.10%,包封率为95.64%。结论]该研究为农药微胶囊剂的开发和应用提供了理论依据。

Synthesis of Isobutyl Vinyl Ether-maleic Anhydride and Its Application in Preparation of Chlorpyrifos Microcapsules

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to prepare pesticide sustained-release microcapsules with isobutyl vinyl ether-maleic anhydride as emulsifier.Method] Isobutyl vinyl ether-maleic anhydride copolymer was synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization,and then mixed with Tween-80 in the preparation of microcapsules.Result] The results showed that compound emulsifier had better emulsifying effect,and the microcapsules had regular and compact surface.The drug loading was 62.10%,and entrapment efficiency was 95.64%.Conclusion] The study provides a theoretical basis for development and application of pesticide microcapsules.
