摘    要:目的]建立一种新的荧光增强法检测环境水样中阴离子表面活性剂。方法]以四氧化三铁-聚丙烯酸-罗丹明B(Fe3O4@PAA-RB)荧光纳米粒子为荧光探针,通过优化试验条件,建立了一种新的荧光增强法测定环境水样中阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)。结果]在优化的试验条件下,当SDS的浓度为0.5~16.0μmol/L时,纳米荧光探针荧光信号的增加值与SDS浓度呈现良好的线性关系,检出限为0.051μmol/L。对4.0μmol/L SDS溶液连续测定6次,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.3%。将该方法用于环境水样中SDS的检测,回收率达96.3%~105.5%,结果较好。结论]该方法简便、快速,避免了烦琐的溶剂萃取过程以及有毒有害有机溶剂的使用。

Abstract:Objective] We aimed to develop a novel fluorescence enhancement method to determine anionic surfactants.Method] Choosing Fe3O4 @ PAA-RB fluorescent nanoparticles as fluorescent probes,we developed a novel fluorescence enhancement method for the determination of an anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) through the gradual optimization of experiment conditions.Result] Under the optimum conditions,the extent of fluorescence enhancement was proportional to the concentration of SDS varying from 0.5 to 16.0 μmol/L,and the detection limit reached 0.051 μmol/L.The relative standard deviation(RSD) for 4.0 μmol/L SDS was 3.3%(n=6).The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of SDS in environmental water samples,with recovery of 96.3%-105.5%.Conclusion] The novel fluorescence enhancement method was not only simple and rapid,but also avoided using tedious solvent-extraction and toxic organic solvents.
