城乡统筹发展背景下城市“新贫困群体”扶贫解困路径选择

基于新贫困群体的大量涌现加大了我国贫富差距,不利于整个社会的和谐发展,而城乡统筹发展战略则为"新贫困群体"的脱贫解困提供了机遇。提出了采取多种扶贫脱困举措,提高城市"新贫困群体"的生活水平。

Choice of the Paths to Poverty Relief of New Urban Poverty Groups in the Context of the Balanced Urban-Rural Development

In view that the emergence of many new urban poverty groups exacerbates the gap between the rich and the poor,and is not conducive to the harmonious development of society as a whole,while the urban and rural development strategy provides an opportunity for the "new poor groups" to be out of their poverty,a variety of poverty eliminating measures were taken to raise the living standards of "new poor groups".
