自生动态膜污泥浓缩过程中脱水性能变化研究

摘    要:目的]探讨自生动态膜污泥浓缩过程中脱水性能的变化规律。方法]通过对自生动态膜污泥浓缩反应过程中污泥比阻的测定,研究了其污泥脱水性能的变化规律。结果]在微网污泥连续浓缩过程中,污泥比阻随着污泥浓度升高呈现出先下降后上升的趋势,污泥浓度从3.48 g/L升至28.00 g/L的过程中污泥比阻由1.53×1012cm/g下降至8.64×1011cm/g再上升至1.60×1012cm/g。批次污泥浓缩试验结果与连续浓缩试验结果相符。结论]为污泥浓缩工艺研究提供了理论依据。

Sludge Dewatering Properties Study on Sludge Thickening by Self-forming Dynamic Membrane

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to study the sludge dewatering properties in the process of sludge thickening by self-forming dynamic membrane.Method] In the study of the sludge dewatering properties,the specific resistance of sludge was measured on sludge concentration by self-forming dynamic.Result] The specific resistance of sludge was decreased firstly and then increased with the rising of the concentration of the sludge on the sludge thickening process by the micro net.As the sludge concentration rising from 3.48 g/L to 28.00 g/L,the specific resistance of sludge reduced from 1.53×1012 cm/g to 8.64×1011 cm/g and then up to 1.60×1012 cm/g.And the batch experiment of sludge concentration was consistent with the results which proved the phenomenon.Conclusion] the research result provides theoretical basis for studies on sludge thickening technique.
