基于AHP法的农业非点源负荷总量分配研究

摘    要:选择反映区域特征的社会、经济、技术水平、环境指标,基于层次分析法(AHP)构建农业非点源负荷总量分配技术体系,并以太湖苕溪流域为例对2007年需削减的农业非点源TP负荷总量在流域6区县内进行了分配。结果表明,临安、安吉、余杭、德清、吴兴和长兴需削减的农业非点源TP负荷总量分别为12.68、75.59、44.09、19.29、66.11和56.52 t;建立的总量分配体系在农业非点源负荷总量分配中具有良好适用性。

Research on the Total Waste Load Allocation of Agricultural Non-point Source Based on AHP Method

Abstract:By choosing the indicators which can reflect the regional characteristics of society,economy,technical level and environment,the total waste load allocation system of agricultural non-point source was established based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).And then taken the Tiaoxi River watershed in Lake Taihu basin as the case,the total phosphorus(TP) load which needed to be cut from agricultural non-point source in 2007 was allocated among the six counties in the watershed.The results show that the cut load of TP in Lin’an,Anji,Yuhang,Deqing,Wuxing and Changxing Counties are 12.68,75.59,44.09,19.29,66.11and 56.52 t,respectively.The allocation system based on AHP is suitable for the allocation of the load of agricultural non-point source.
