汉源花椒地理标志产品保护和产业发展研究

从汉源花椒的名称由来、知名度、品质特征、栽培管理技术、产区气候环境和土壤条件等方面,分析了汉源花椒地理标志产品保护的关键要素.并从适宜种植区、气候等方面分析了汉源花椒产业发展存在的问题,提出逐步提高汉源花椒安全卫生指标,修订和实施地方标准;加强无公害生产技术推广和产品质量控制,推行“企业+基地”的产业模式;开展品牌和产业的政府营销等建议.

Study on the Protection of Hanyuan Chinese Pepper' s Products of Geographical Indication and Its Industry Development

The key elements of the protection of Hanyuan Chinese pepper’s products of geographical indication were analyzed from the aspects of its name’s origin,popularity,quality characteristics,cultivation management technology,climate environment and soil conditions and so on.Moreover,the problems in the industry development of Hanyuan Chinese pepper were analyzed from the aspects of suitable planting area and climate,and it proposed that we should improve the safety and health indexes of Hanyuan Chinese pepper step by step,revise and implement local standards;strengthen the promotion of pollution-free production technology and the production quality control;push the industry model of "enterprises + bases";promote the branding and industrial marketing taken by governments.
