摘 要: | [目的]揭示不同浓度葡萄糖在植物与盐胁迫环境相互作用过程中的生物学功能。[方法]以甜菜(Beta vulgaris)幼苗为研究对象,研究在正常条件、盐胁迫条件和施加不同浓度可溶性糖条件下,甜菜幼苗的生物量、光合效应和渗透调节及体内代谢产物的变化。[结果]施加一定量的外源可溶性葡萄糖,可以减缓盐胁迫下甜菜幼苗生物量的下降趋势,增强甜菜幼苗的光合作用和渗透调节能力。当外源葡萄糖的浓度为100 mmol/L时,减缓盐胁迫对甜菜幼苗生物量的影响程度的效果最大,对叶绿素的保护作用最明显,可溶性糖含量增加最明显,但脯氨酸、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)的最佳抗逆胁迫点在50 mmol/L时。[结论]施加一定量的外源可溶性葡萄糖可以减缓甜菜幼苗的盐胁迫效应。

Abstract: | [Objective] The aim was to reveal the biological function of different concentrations of glucose in interactions between plant and salt stress environment.[Method] The sugar beet seedlings biomass,photosynthesis and osmotic adjustment and metabolin in vitro changes were studied under normal,salt stress and different concentrations of glucose.[Result] The results showed that imposing a certain amount of exogenous soluble glucose could slow down the decrease of sugar beet seedlings biomass,enhance their photosynthesis and osmotic adjustment ability.When soluble glucose concentration was 100 mmol/L,it had the biggest effects of slowing down the influencing of salt stress on sugar beet seedlings biomass,the very significant protective effects on chlorophyll,and the very significant increase of soluble sugar,while proline,superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase(MDA) had the best stress points of resistance to pickle when exogenous glucose concentration was 50 mmol/L.[Conclusion] Imposing a certain amount of exogenous glucose can slow down salt stress effect of sugar beet seedlings. |
