摘 要: | [目的]通过检测蛋鸡产蛋性能和抗体水平,以探讨芝芪菌素对蛋鸡生产性能的影响。[方法]将140日龄罗曼商品代褐壳蛋鸡1200只随机分为4组,分别在蛋鸡日粮中添加0、0.2%、0.35%、0.5%的芝芪菌素,研究芝芪菌素对罗曼商品代褐壳蛋鸡产蛋性能和免疫力的影响。[结果]0.5%芝芪菌素处理组罗曼商品代褐壳蛋鸡的总产蛋数比对照组提高了2个。0.2%、0.35%和0.5%芝芪菌素处理组1~8月总蛋重分别比对照组提高了0.01%、1.82%和1.25%。添加芝芪菌素对罗曼商品代褐壳蛋鸡的产蛋率、耗料量和料蛋比都有一定程度的影响,但不同处理之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。饲喂芝芪菌素后,鸡血清禽流感-H5抗体都有一定程度的变化,其中40周0.5%芝芪菌素处理组比对照组提高了2.8个滴度。[结论]在蛋鸡日粮中添加一定比例的芝芪菌素可显著提高蛋鸡的产蛋性能和免疫功能,说明芝芪菌素可作为一种优良的蛋鸡饲料添加剂。

Abstract: | [Objective] The laying performance and antibody level of laying hens were detected to explore the effects of medical fungal fermental product on the production performance of laying hens.[Method] 1 200 140-day-old Roman commercial brown-egg laying hens were randomly divided into four groups.0,0.2%,0.35% and 0.5% medical fungal fermental product was added in the basal diet respectively to study the effects of medical fungal fermental product on the laying performance and immunity of Roman commercial brown-egg laying hens.[Result] The total egg number of Roman commercial brown-egg laying hens in the group of adding 0.5% medical fungal fermental product had an increase of 2 than control group.The total egg weight from January to August in the groups of adding 0.2%,0.35% and 0.5% medical fungal fermental product enhanced by 0.01%,1.82% and 1.25% than control group respectively.Adding medical fungal fermental product had certain influences on the laying rate,feed intake and feed-egg ratio of Roman commercial brown-egg laying hens,but there was no significant difference among different treatments(P>0.05).After feeding medical fungal fermental product,the antibody level of antibody of H5-subtype avian influenza virus had some changes and that in the group of adding 0.5% medical fungal fermental product at the 40th week increased 2.8 log2 than control group.[Conclusion] Adding suitable proportion of medical fungal fermental product in the basal diet of laying hens could significantly enhanced the laying performance and immunity of laying hens,which indicated that medical fungal fermental product could be used as one kind of good feed additive for laying hens. |
