摘    要:目的]利用SSR标记对油菜隐性核不育杂交种的纯度进行鉴定。方法]以贵州省油菜科学研究所选育的甘蓝型油菜"油研系列"为材料,利用简化的SSR标记技术对制种样品进行纯度分析。结果]筛选出了2对条带清晰、易于统计的SSR引物;大田生产F1杂种群体的纯度鉴定结果表明,SSR鉴定的结果清晰可辨,可信度高,能较准确地反映种子的真实纯度。结论]该试验为SSR标记在油菜种子纯度鉴定中的进一步应用奠定了基础。

Hybrid Purity Identification of Genic Male Sterile by SSR

Abstract:Objective]The aim was to identify the hybrid purity of rape genic male sterile by SSR makers.Method]To analyze the purity of seed samples by simplified SSR markers,using the Brassica napus "Yuyan series" as materials which had been nurtured by Guizhou Institute of Oil Crops.Result]2 primers were selected according to PIC(polymorphism information content) value and the result of F1 purity identification,which produced in field,showed that the SSR method identified quickly and effectively,would provide accurate technical data for the hybrid seed purity identification.Conclusion]It prepared the ground for the further application of SSR markers in the hybrid seed purity identification of rape.
