社会活动对老年人口生活自理能力的影响——基于陕西农村地区的调查

利用2010年在陕西省进行的"子女外出务工背景下的陕西农村老年人口健康状况研究"调查数据,分析了陕西农村地区老年人社会活动对其日常生活自理能力和器械支持自理能力的影响。结果显示,陕西农村地区老年人参与社会活动与生活自理能力的2个指标之间显现出正相关关系,社会活动比较丰富的老年人生活自理能力明显高于社会活动比较单调的老年人。个体的年龄、教育水平、婚姻状况、经济状况以及慢性病对老年人的生活自理能力也有一定的影响,低龄、有配偶、经济状况较好的以及不患有任何慢性病的老年人生活自理能力要好一些。

Influence of Social Activities on Activities of Daily Living among the Elderly

Based on the investigation data of "Study on Health State of the Elderly in Shaanxi Rural Areas under the Background of Children Migrant for Work" conducted in Shaanxi Province in 2010,the influence of social activities on ability of daily living of the elderly was analyzed.The results showed that there is remarkable positive correlation between two indexes of the elderly participating in social activities and daily living activities ability.Those who social activities are relatively rich have better ability of daily living than those who social activities are relatively monotonous.The individual’s age,education level,marital status,economic status and chronic disease also have effects on the elderly’ s ability of daily living to a certain extent,and the elderly with a lower age,a spouse and better economic status,but without any chronic disease,have better ability of daily living.
