| 摘 要： | 描述了神木县实行全民免费医疗以来的情况,分析了其成功推进的原因,从神木县实行全民免费医疗政策的经验中探索与新型农村医疗合作改革的契合点,总结神木县医疗发展模式对新型农村合作医疗改革的启示,为推进医疗制度的改革提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | The paper described the situation of Shenmu County since the practice of universal free medical care,analyzed the reasons for its successful implementation,then found out the conjunction point of universal free medical policy with the new rural cooperative medical system,and finally summarized the enlightenments of the medical development pattern of Shenmu County to the new rural medical cooperative system in China,providing references for promoting the reform of medical system. |
