| 摘 要： | 随着城市的发展,城市河流水环境容量日益成为制约城市规划和发展的重要因素。在阐明水环境容量的概念和简述我国水环境容量研究的发展状况和研究现状基础上,提出了当前城市河流水环境容量研究和实施中所面临的问题,同时,对未来城市水环境容量的研究方向做出了展望,为我国水资源可持续利用和城市可持续发展奠定了理论基础。

| Abstract: | With the development of cities,the water environment capacity is increasingly becoming an important constraint of urban planning and development.Based on clarifying the concept of water environment capacity and briefly describing the water environment capacity research development and status of China,problems existing in urban rivers water environment capacity research and implementation were pointed out,and the direction of urban rivers water environment capacity research was forecasted,which will provide theoretical basis for sustainable utilization of water resources and sustainable development of cities in China. |
